There are many anti snoring products on the market that claim to prevent snoring, but many don't even have evidence that they help. There are also many products that claim to help people with snoring. This is not a list of snoring products. It seems that everyone wants to get rid of their snoring. In some cases the products are simply not effective and may lead to permanent hearing loss. What causes snoring? Snoring is caused by a combination of body and mind processes. The brain is responsible for controlling breathing, and the body's response to it is called breathing. When people get air in and out of the lungs, they expel air through the mouth and throat. This is called exhalation. Then air moves through the lungs to the back of the mouth, mouth and nose. When you breathe out you release air, usually with a sharp blow to your throat. If you are snoring, your throat muscles don't get enough air to expel and your breathing becomes more shallow. If you breathe deeply, you lose air. The lungs expand and contract with your breath. This is why breathing is the most important part of snoring. Most people who snore say it only lasts 15-20 minutes, but the person who snores is usually awake all the time because their breathing is shallow and their throat muscles are weak.
