Joints: My results after 7 months | Pictures & facts

This review is divided into three sections.

Product Review – This is the meat of the review. The product reviewed is the product that I was using when I did the tests. Test #1 – Mobility Testing with Body Weight For this test I use a 6 lb. kettlebell, a 1.5 lb. dumbbell and a 25 lb. barbell. I will only cover kettlebells here because it is a common weight for other exercises. As with many exercises, you will want to use a variety of weights for different exercises. You should be able to do both high reps and low reps with each exercise. I am doing this test on my clients in order to establish their mobility levels. If the clients can do this test with the barbell, then they will be ready for the next part of the exercise program. The kettlebell movement will be done at a high volume. As such, it will be very taxing on the joints, muscles, and nervous system. It is not recommended for those who don't have good mobility. I will use the kettlebell with a load of 200-225 pounds. You will only use one kettlebell in the movement. The weight is easy to move at first, and then it becomes harder as the time goes on.
